Design/existing plan review
If the client already has plans, we may modify them. But if the client does not, we can create them. This stage is for the client's approval of provided designs.
Our second step, is to submit the drawings to the local government (The City of...) for the "Plans Examination Department". If this entity requires changes to be made to the plan, we will correct the plans, and advise the client of changes before resubmittal and approval
Demolition
After local government approval and second the client approval of the new plans, we will finally demolish and rebuild accordingly.
Remodel/new construction
If new plans were created via Fellows Ink we will build the structure accordingly. And now the client's dream has been completed.
